Cryptocurrency price today: The global cryptocurrency market on Saturday, June 18 continued to soar further into the burrow as major cryptocurrency coins did not appear to rally as investors refused to invest further. Bitcoin price today stands at $19,292.81 at the time of writing, down 8.61% in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, Ether price was down 9.65% today, to $1,004.94 at the time of writing.

“If we look at the weekly performance of the two biggest crypto assets, Bitcoin and Ether have fallen almost 35% and 40% respectively. Investors are ditching riskier crypto assets and putting their funds into stablecoins like USDT. Tether has been trading at a premium rate since the start of this month on the P2P market, signaling its strong demand. Altcoins like Solana and XRP jumped nearly 3% due to the overall crypto mini rally in the altcoin space.
